What we collect
When you send a message through a form on this site, we receive the details you type: your name, your email address, your phone number if you add it, and your message.

Who else handles it
The companies that host this site and deliver our email handle your information on our behalf. Some of them may store or process it outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it or delete it.
